We had a fantastic day with Jill, Brian, their daughter Lisa and her friend Aviva. They are distance runners, healthy foodies and extremely active people. Fortunately we could tailor a cooking class to meet their healthy dietary lifestyle. Meat is a highly valued component in Hungarian meals, but I have good news. It is possible to make the healthy/vegetarian version of the famous Hungarian dishes. We cooked green pea soup with csipetke noodles, chicken paprika (using legs and breast), lecso (vegetable dish) and Hungarian pancakes for dessert.
