Our guests are always very excited about making dumplings. They just can’t imagine how those pretty, small dumplings are made. And when I show them the utensil we use for making nokedli, they just say: Wow, very clever!
If you do not have it, don’t worry, you can use cheese grateer. Or you can make the dumplings using cutting board and knife. They will be bigger and not so pretty, but the taste is the same.
