Hi Werner, 
We prefer using sweet paprika powder and add smoked meat to get the smoky flavour. Also, make the dish spicy after we served, you add as much heat as you wish.

The Hungarian word &#039;Édes&#039; or &#039;Csemege&#039; means sweet. Csípős or they also use the word Erős means hot/spicy. You have to look for these words on the package.
