Terms & Conditions

(Please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you book your tour/cooking class, by default you accept these terms and conditions.)

1. Booking

Application deadline is 24 hours before the start of your tour. You will hear back from us quickly, once you confirm our offer, we reserve your tour/cooking class.

Please note that we need a minimum of 2 people to do the tours.

We do not take any deposit, you pay after the tour in cash.  All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.

2. Insurance

There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the tour/cooking class.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel.
We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, please email us. You can cancel any time for any reason, however, we appreciate to receive your cancelation email at least 24 hours prior your tour.

4. Changes by us

It can happen that we need to cancel your tour/cooking class. At times, certain circumstances outside of a our control can impact our ability to meet the terms of a reservation. (Unexpected death or serious illness of a host or immediate family member, serious injury that directly restricts our ability to host, significant natural disasters or severe weather incidents impacting the location of destination or location of departure, severe property damage or unforeseen maintenance issues that directly impact the ability to host safely.)

If we need to cancel your tour/cooking class, we will inform you as soon as possible.
