Enjoy a Hungarian cooking class in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a beautiful Budapest home kitchen. Guided by a friendly and knowledgeable food expert, you will learn to make classic Hungarian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

This hands-on experience lets everyone join in as you prepare a delicious three-course meal, discovering traditional cooking techniques that have been cherished for generations.

The experience ends with a relaxed lunch together, enjoying the dishes you’ve prepared with Hungarian wine, pálinka, coffee, and tea.This special experience is a fun and memorable way for couples, families and friends to celebrate the rich flavors and traditions of Hungary, right in the heart of Budapest.

The private lesson is hands-on and taught in English.

We need a minimum of 2 people to do the cooking program.

Not at all. The class is designed for all levels — whether you cook often or not at all, you’ll be guided step by step.

We usually begin at 10:00 am, but I’m flexible and can adjust the timing to fit your plans.

How can we pay?

You can book and pay online in advance, or pay on the day of the experience in cash. Please note that online bookings go through the booking system, which may add a processing fee. Cash payments on the day do not include this fee. We accept EUR, USD, and Hungarian Forint.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options can usually be accommodated — just let me know in advance. The menu does not include fish or shellfish.

Will we sit down and eat together?

Yes, we finish with a relaxed, shared meal, sitting down together to enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared.
